Requirements
- 2–3 years of professional experience in Odoo development or related backend Python frameworks
- Strong proficiency in Python 3+
- Deep understanding of the Odoo framework (ORM, models, views, QWeb)
- Basic knowledge of JavaScript and the OWL framework
- Experience working with PostgreSQL (queries, indexes)
- Confident use of XML/HTML
- English level: B1+ (able to communicate in technical discussions and documentation)
Nice to have
- Experience working with odoo.sh
- Experience in code review
- Experience with system integrations
- Experience writing automated tests
- Ability to work with Docker
